Town of Lomira Permit Requirements

The Town of Lomira is under County Zoning Administration.
Dodge County Land Use Permits are required for new construction or additions.
A permit must be obtained before work can begin or fees will be doubled.

Building Inspection Permit:

  • New Homes, Home Additions, Home Remodels, Electrical Service
  • Commercial/Industrial Structures, Additions, Remodels, Electrical Service
  • Home or Structure Demolitions

Building inspection permits are conducted by Rob Froh on behalf of the Town of Lomira.  Checks are payable to the Town of Lomira.

A Town Land Use Permit is required for most projects that require a County Permit.  Once the County Land Use permit is approved, an invoice will be sent for the Town of Lomira Land Use permit.

  • Concrete driveways may not be less than 30 ft. from the centerline of town roads.
